Therapy for Teens & Adults
I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family conflict, relationship concerns, identity, and major life transitions.
I have a particular passion for working with LGBTQ+ individuals and people of color, as well as people navigating periods of significant change, uncertainty, or transition.
Therapy can be a space to slow down, better understand what you’ve experienced, and explore the patterns, relationships, and experiences that continue to shape your life.

Therapies Used
At Journey Home Counseling, I integrate Brainspotting with Parts and Memory Work to help clients better understand and process experiences that continue to affect them.
Brainspotting is a somatic therapy approach that can help access and process unresolved trauma, emotions, and memories. By working with where you naturally look and what you notice in your body, Brainspotting can help bring greater awareness to experiences that may be difficult to access through words alone.
Parts and Memory Work helps us explore the different parts of yourself that may have developed in response to your experiences. Together, we can better understand the emotions, memories, beliefs, and protective patterns those parts may carry.
When combined, Brainspotting and Parts and Memory Work allow us to explore both what happened and how those experiences continue to show up in your emotions, body, behaviors, and relationships today.
